I’m a strategist, consultant, and storyteller who’s spent more than 20 years helping organisations in healthcare, dental, med-tech, and consumer health navigate complexity and build solutions that genuinely improve people’s lives.

My career has taken me across the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the US — from early roles in pharmaceutical sales to leading major programmes and shaping regional strategy for global healthcare companies. Along the way, I’ve led organisational design work, professional advocacy programmes, digital transformations, and market-entry plans across highly regulated, fast-moving sectors.

The common thread through it all has been people. I grew up bridging cultures and learned early how to connect to and understand different viewpoints. My experiences informed a leadership style grounded in empathy, clarity, and the belief that better decisions come from understanding the humans behind the metrics.

Today, I run Dream Strategies, a boutique consultancy that helps CEOs, clinicians, and cross-functional teams to deliver programmes that make real impact. Whether it’s building a dental professional channel from the ground up, designing a five-year global strategy, or helping a team sharpen their narrative — I focus on outcomes, integrity, and long-term value.

Outside of work, I’m a dad to three daughters who inspire me daily with their curiosity, independence, and imagination. They remind me of what matters, and drive my belief that health, access, and education should be better for everyone.
